Accra Sundown Punch (For parties or tasting events)

Ingredients (serves 5–6):
  • 250ml Stagga Red

  • 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 50ml date syrup or honey

  • 100ml chilled sobolo or roselle tea

  • A few slices of ginger

  • Ice & mint sprigs

  • Sliced oranges or tiger nuts for garnish

Instructions:
  • In a large jug, combine all liquids and stir well.

  • Add ice and sliced ginger.

  • Serve in small cups or punch glasses with orange slices and mint.

  • Optional: soak a few tiger nuts in the punch overnight for a flavorful twist.
