Ingredients:

• 60ml Stagga Master

• 1 barspoon date syrup or brown sugar syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura or aromatic bitters

• Orange peel for garnish

• Ice

Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

• Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube.

• Express orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
