Stagga Spice Sour

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Stagga Red

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml date syrup or simple syrup

  • 1 egg white (or aquafaba for vegan option)

  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

  • Ice

Instructions:
  • Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) to emulsify the egg white.

  • Add ice and shake again until chilled.

  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  • Optional: dust lightly with cinnamon on top.
